Responsibilities
- Generate and manage sales for Off Plan and Secondary Market properties across Dubai.
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of local and international clients.
- Source, list, and market residential and luxury properties.
- Conduct property viewings, client consultations, and negotiations.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation through closing and transfer.
- Keep up to date with Dubai market trends, project launches, and investment opportunities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while achieving monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of Dubai real estate sales experience (Off Plan and/or Secondary Market)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
- Solid knowledge of the Dubai property market
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
- RERA certification is an advantage
- Must currently be based in the UAE

- Desert Hills Properties L.L.C. is a fast growing real estate brokerage based in Business Bay, Dubai. We are expanding our high performing sales team and are looking for experienced, ambitious, and results driven Real Estate Brokers / Property Consultants to join us.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage sales for Off Plan and Secondary Market properties across Dubai.
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of local and international clients.
- Source, list, and market residential and luxury properties.
- Conduct property viewings, client consultations, and negotiations.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation through closing and transfer.
- Keep up to date with Dubai market trends, project launches, and investment opportunities.

Requirements
