- Source and close property transactions across Dubai's primary and secondary markets
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified buyers, sellers, and investors
- Conduct property viewings, market research, and comparative analyses
- Provide tailored investment advice aligned with client goals
- Negotiate deals and coordinate with developers, legal teams, and financial advisors
- Stay current on market trends, RERA regulations, and new project launches
Requirements
- At least 1 year of real estate sales experience (Dubai market experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic or additional languages a plus)
- A self starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, and property trends

- As a Property Consultant, you'll be the trusted advisor connecting clients with their ideal residential or commercial properties across Dubai.
- From first inquiry to handover, you'll guide buyers, sellers, and investors through every step of the transaction — with integrity, expertise, and a results driven mindset.
