Compensation and Support
- The position offers a competitive fixed salary plus commission and up to 60% commission.
- Support includes lead generation, marketing, developer relationships, management support, CRM, and operational resources.
Your Role
- Source and secure resale listings from DAMAC owners.
- Build relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors.
- Generate and manage qualified buyer opportunities.
- Advise clients on market values, pricing, and investment potential.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate transactions.
- Manage the sales process from valuation and listing through closing.
- Build a pipeline of DAMAC Lagoons inventory and buyers.
- Monitor pricing, transactions, and market activity within the community.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Dubai secondary-market sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of the DAMAC Lagoons market.
- An existing database of property owners, buyers, or investors.
- A track record of closing transactions.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- A self-driven, target-oriented approach.
- Ambition to build a high-income real estate career.
