Operations Manager

Role Purpose

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations across the holiday home portfolio.
• Ensure smooth check-in, check-out, housekeeping, maintenance, and inspection processes.
• Monitor operational performance, resolve issues, establish SOPs, and ensure compliance with DTCM and company quality standards.
• Keep properties guest-ready and operationally efficient.

Property Setup and Onboarding

• Coordinate new property onboarding from preparation through listing.
• Manage furnishing coordination and ensure furniture, appliances, household items, and operational supplies are delivered and installed.
• Coordinate inspections and readiness checks before properties go live.
• Identify missing items and operational improvements needed before launch.

Team and Property Management

• Manage and supervise the Operations team and coordinate Guest Relations activities.
• Allocate responsibilities, monitor productivity, conduct team meetings and performance reviews, and maintain service standards.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, inventory, supplies, access keys, documents, and property readiness.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and suppliers when required.

Guest and Cross-Department Coordination

• Ensure smooth guest journeys from arrival to departure and resolve complaints within agreed timelines.
• Monitor guest feedback and support high review ratings across booking platforms.
• Work with Revenue, Guest Relations, Finance, Administration, and Business Development teams.
• Provide operational reports and performance updates to management.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in holiday homes, short-term rental management, hospitality operations, property management, or hotel operations.
• Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle, with ability to travel between properties.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, Property Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous Airbnb or holiday home portfolio management experience is highly preferred.
• Property setup, furnishing, or unit onboarding experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Dubai Holiday Homes regulations and experience with Hostaway, Guesty, Hospitable, or similar PMS platforms are preferred.
