Overview

  • Join Our Growing Real Estate Team
  • We are a growing real estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi looking to expand our Off Plan and Secondary Market teams.
  • We are seeking ambitious, motivated, and results driven Real Estate Agents who are passionate about sales and committed to building a successful career in Abu Dhabi's real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide clients with professional market advice.
  • Negotiate offers and manage property transactions from inquiry to closing.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market, communities, and regulations.
  • Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the client journey.

Requirements

  • Currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate within the UAE.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 1 year of real estate experience.
  • Sales experience in any industry is preferred.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and eager to succeed.
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and the local real estate market is a plus.
  • ADREC (Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre) licence/certification is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.

Compensation

  • Competitive commission structure: 50%–70%
  • AED 2,000 monthly support for the first 3 months (subject to company policy)

Choose Your Preferred Division

  • Off Plan Team: Represent leading developers and newly launched residential and commercial projects. Advise investors and end users on new developments and investment opportunities.
  • Secondary Market Team: Specialize in the sale and leasing of ready and resale properties. Work closely with property owners, buyers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
