💼 Employment Type: Full-time

  • 💰 Salary Range: AED 4,000 – 6,000
  • We are looking for a skilled IT Support & Web Developer to join our team in Dubai.
  • The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of our IT systems and support the development and maintenance of our digital platforms.
  • 🔹 Key Responsibilities
  • Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers, and VoIP systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues, perform upgrades, and manage IT security.
  • Configure new users, email accounts, and access permissions.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, backups, and network infrastructure (routers, firewalls, cloud services).
  • Develop and maintain company websites and internal portals.
  • Implement web-based tools and integrate CRM and automation systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on digital initiatives.
  • Document IT processes and create user guides.

🔹 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of combined experience in IT support and web development.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, office network management, and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with VoIP systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
