Overview

  • We are expanding our Off Plan division in Dubai and looking for ambitious, motivated agents.
  • Location: Motor City, Dubai, UAE.
  • Full Time | Commission Based Role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Selling off plan properties across Dubai’s top developers.
  • Generating and managing investor leads.
  • Presenting new project launches and payment plans to clients.
  • Building strong relationships with developers and investors.
  • Staying ahead of upcoming launches, market trends, and pricing strategies.
  • Closing deals and building a strong personal client portfolio.

What We Offer

  • High commission structure: 50% to 70%.
  • AED 2,000 monthly support for the first 3 months for new agents.

This is for you if

  • You are ambitious and want to grow your income in off plan sales.
  • You are confident in presenting investment opportunities.
  • You may or may not have real estate experience (sales background is a plus).
  • You are energetic, hungry, and target driven.
  • You are comfortable speaking with investors and closing deals.
  • Knowledge of Dubai developers and projects is a plus.
  • RERA certification is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

  • This is a commission based role.
