Key Responsibilities

  • Consult high net worth clients to understand their lifestyle goals, investment strategies, and property preferences
  • Provide expert, data driven advice on Dubai's real estate market
  • Match clients with exclusive, high value properties and conduct private viewings
  • Create, manage, and market luxury property listings for sales and leasing
  • Negotiate high value rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients
  • Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all transaction documentation
  • Manage the full transaction lifecycle through to successful deal closure
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with premium clients, property owners, developers, and industry partners

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales or client facing roles (luxury real estate experience is a strong advantage, but not mandatory)
  • UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
  • Impeccable professional appearance and strong client centric mindset
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
  • Strong interest in the luxury real estate and investment market in Dubai
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
  • Confident, proactive, target driven, and results oriented
