- Identify client requirements and recommend suitable off plan investment opportunities
- Present project details, payment plans, developer profiles, and investment benefits to prospective buyers
- Manage and respond to inbound leads in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and developer site visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, homeowners, and referral partners
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Guide clients through the reservation, booking, SPA signing, and payment process
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system
- Stay updated on new project launches, market trends, developer incentives, and pricing strategies
- Attend company meetings, training sessions, and developer events as required
