- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closing transactions
- Provide expert guidance on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Conduct property viewings and support clients throughout the buying and selling process
- Negotiate offers and assist with contracts and transaction management
- Keep client information and sales activities up to date in CRM system
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, social media, and proactive outreach
- Promote available properties across leading real estate platforms
- Stay informed about market trends, regulations, and new developments in Dubai
- Deliver outstanding customer experience leading to repeat business and referrals
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in real estate, recruitment, automotive, financial services, luxury retail, or another consultative sales role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self driven and motivated by achieving results
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Valid driving licence

About the Position
- As a Property Consultant, you'll work with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Build your own client portfolio while representing properties in Dubai's desirable locations
