- Generate and qualify property sales and leasing opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, and tenants
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultation to clients
- Negotiate and close property transactions effectively
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations
- Utilize company provided CRM systems and marketing tools
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with a results oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus

Position Overview
- We are looking for ambitious, target driven, and customer focused Real Estate Agents to join our expanding team.
- This role operates under an Advance Commission Model, allowing agents to receive a fixed monthly advance against future commissions while building their sales pipeline and closing transactions.
