- Advise clients on mortgage products and financing options based on their financial needs
- Assess clients' eligibility and collect required documentation for mortgage applications
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and stakeholders to facilitate mortgage approvals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and referral networks
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities
- Guide clients throughout the mortgage process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
- Stay updated on mortgage products, lending policies, interest rates, and UAE real estate market trends
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Consultant, Banking Relationship Manager, or similar role
- Knowledge of UAE mortgage products, banking procedures, and lending regulations
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage
- Existing relationships with UAE banks and financial institutions are preferred
