Role Overview
Casamount Real Estate is seeking ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Agents, Property Consultants, or Sales Associates.
The role is based in Barsha Heights, Dubai, and focuses on building a successful career in Dubai real estate.
Compensation
- The advertised fixed salary is AED 2,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
- Commission is advertised at 15% to 50%.
- A separate pay entry lists AED 2,500 to AED 5,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and company-provided databases.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations, meetings, and viewings.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and investors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate deals and work toward successful closures.
- Maintain accurate lead and client updates in the CRM.
- Stay updated on Dubai property projects, developers, prices, and market trends.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
