Overview
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and Instagram.
Generate high-quality leads, improve conversion rates, and track campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.
- Track campaign performance, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and other key metrics.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Create and test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with the sales and creative teams to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
- Create and edit basic videos/reels for social media and marketing campaigns using mobile/phone editing apps.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media trends, and platform updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Basic video editing skills using mobile/phone editing applications.
