- Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms

- Negotiate offers and successfully close sales transactions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using the CRM system
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and new project launches
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market
- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, and property regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, target oriented, and capable of working independently
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
- RERA certification is an advantage

About the Role
- We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals, we'd love to hear from you.
