Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, referrals, digital platforms, events, and networking
- Follow up on company generated leads and convert inquiries into qualified prospects
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of investors and property buyers
- Conduct daily cold calling activities to generate potential investor and buyer leads
- Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
- Understand client investment goals, budgets, and property requirements
- Provide professional consultation on Dubai's primary real estate market
- Conduct virtual and face to face property presentations
- Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a premium customer experience
- Develop long term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, new launches, pricing, and investment opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in off plan real estate sales or investment advisory
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and MS Office

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in off plan real estate sales, or investment advisory.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
