**Salary:** AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Real Estate Admin / Receptionist with at least 1 year of Dubai real estate experience.

The ideal candidate will manage property listings, CRM updates, documentation, developer registrations, and front-desk operations while supporting the sales and leasing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other portals.
  • Handle developer registrations and maintain required documentation.
  • Prepare and organize Forms A, B & I, tenancy contracts, and other real estate documents.
  • Update and maintain CRM records, leads, and client information.
  • Coordinate with agents, landlords, developers, and clients regarding property details and documentation.
  • Monitor listing quality and ensure compliance with portal standards.
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
  • Welcome visitors and manage front-desk/reception duties.
  • Schedule meetings, property viewings, and appointments.
  • Maintain office records, filing systems, and administrative databases.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel.
  • Support management and agents with daily administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate administration.
  • Experience with Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
  • Knowledge of developer registration processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
