Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Plan and execute content calendars, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and marketing campaigns.
• Capture, edit, and coordinate photo/video content for social media and promotional purposes.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
• Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and implement improvements to maximize ROI.
• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
• Collaborate with management to create and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate digital marketing.
• Strong experience in social media content creation and management.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills are required.
• Understanding of lead generation, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
• Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
