Responsible for overseeing pumping operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and proper coordination of pump equipment and personnel.
The role includes supervising pump operators and helpers, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards..
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site inspections for pumping operations.
Supervise pump operators and helpers.
Provide training and toolbox talks on pump operations.
Coordinate pump availability and placement with the shipping team.
Monitor pump maintenance, pipe changes, and equipment condition.
Ensure safety compliance and stop unsafe operations when necessary.
Assist management in reviewing and addressing pumping incidents.
Education
Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in pump operations & supervision
Other Skills Required
Communication skills (English required; Arabic/Hindi is a plus).
Leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of concrete properties and production processes.
Valid Qatar trailer driving license.
Strong safety awareness and decision-making ability.
Customer service mindset and teamwork.
