Essential
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of software product development experience.
Strong expertise in CXL and/or PCIe protocol architecture.
Strong hands-on experience with modern C++.
Experience with C# / WPF for professional engineering applications.
Strong understanding of OOP, software architecture, and design patterns.
Experience with multithreading, concurrency, debugging, and performance optimization.
Experience developing software that interacts with FPGA and custom hardware.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred
Strong experience with PCIe Gen6/Gen7, CXL, and/or NVMe.
Experience with protocol analyzers, exercisers, validation platforms, or similar high-speed protocol tools.
Experience with FPGA-based systems and hardware/software integration.
Experience with PCI-SIG standards or compliance activities.
Experience using AI/ML or GenAI for software development, automation, analysis, debugging, or productivity improvement.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum.
Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.
