Role overview
The Quote Support Representative works on the Sales Support team to build quotes for the TPx Sales organization.
The role builds quotes from Sales Team specifications for products and services that fit customer needs.
The role reports to the Sales Support Team Lead and has no direct reports.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Build simple quotes covering one to two products and up to five locations.
- Build straight renewal quotes for small business customers without changes to current services.
- Add customer addresses in Salesforce and open service tickets for validation issues.
- Open work tickets for the Commercial Deal Desk and Access Management.
- Perform initial access pricing lookups in the Connectbase vendor portal.
- Send customer contracts through DocuSign when requested by the Team Lead.
- Maintain detailed documentation and trackers for in-process and completed quotes.
- Meet established quote turnaround service-level agreements and collaborate with the US-based Team Lead.
Required qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in IT, mathematics, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
