- Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and variation claims
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate contracts
- Monitor project costs and progress to ensure budget control
- Prepare progress valuations, interim applications, and final accounts
- Coordinate closely with design, production, and project teams for cost and material control
- Maintain accurate records and cost reports for ongoing projects
- Conduct site visits for quantity verification and progress assessments
