Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, responding where appropriate
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes
- Coordinate meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
- Assist in preparing contracts, letters, and official correspondence
- Coordinate with various departments on behalf of the CEO
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior management
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
- UAE driving license is an advantage

Job Summary
- Arab Wood Industry LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support.
- The ideal candidate will be capable of managing a fast paced workload while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Requirements

Compensation
- Pay: AED2,500.00 AED3,000.00 per month.
