Responsibilities
- Inspect and monitor infrastructure construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and Dubai Municipality standards
- Supervise activities related to roads, utilities, drainage, stormwater networks, sewerage, water supply, and associated infrastructure works
- Verify materials, workmanship, and construction methods meet project quality requirements
- Conduct site inspections, witness testing, and review contractor submissions
- Identify non conformities and ensure timely corrective actions are implemented
- Coordinate with Resident Engineers, contractors, and relevant authorities to resolve technical issues
- Monitor site progress and ensure works are executed safely and in accordance with project schedules
- Prepare daily inspection reports, snag lists, and documentation
- Assist during authority inspections and support project handover activities
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure projects
- Mandatory Dubai Municipality (DM) Civil Inspector approval
- Consultancy/Supervision experience is mandatory
- Strong experience in roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage, and associated infrastructure work

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Civil Inspector to join our supervision consultancy team for infrastructure projects in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
