Responsibilities
- Manage commercial aspects of multiple fit out projects from pre contract to final account
- Prepare cost plans, valuations, variations, and project reporting
- Review subcontractor quotations and negotiate commercial agreements
- Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability
- Work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage procurement activities and subcontractor packages
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining commercial control
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the fit out sector
- Experience delivering workplace, F&B, and villa fit out projects
- Strong understanding of cost management, procurement, and contract administration
- Experience working for a fit out contractor in the UAE is preferred
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or related discipline

Salary
- Salary is up to AED 21,000 per month.
