- Lead the delivery of complex, large scale construction projects, overseeing all site operations from mobilisation through to completion and handover
- Manage project teams, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure successful project execution
- Develop and implement project strategies, programmes, schedules, and delivery plans aligned with client expectations and contractual requirements
- Monitor project budgets, commercial performance, resource allocation, and overall project progress
- Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, variations, claims, and project requirements
- Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to protect programme, cost, and quality objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, authorities, and project partners
- Lead coordination between design, commercial, construction, and technical teams to ensure efficient project delivery
- Ensure compliance with Dubai construction regulations, authority requirements, health & safety standards, and quality procedures
- Drive best practices across project delivery, improving processes, efficiency, and overall project performance
- Provide clear reporting and project updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Mentor and develop project teams, creating a high performance and collaborative working environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is preferred
- Minimum 18 years’ experience within construction, project management, or supervision, with a strong track record delivering major developments
- Previous experience operating as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager on High Rise projects is a Must
- Strong Middle East experience is essential, with proven knowledge of the Dubai construction market
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, planning, cost management, and risk mitigation
- Ability to manage large multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent client facing skills with experience dealing directly with developers, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision making abilities

Role Overview
- I am currently looking for an experienced Project Director to lead the successful delivery of several High Rise projects across Dubai.
- This is a senior leadership position suited to an individual with a proven background in delivery of High Rise buildings from construction stage through to successful handover.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
