- Act as the key point of contact between the client, design teams, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Manage multidisciplinary teams across Architecture, Engineering, and specialist consultants
- Oversee design coordination, technical delivery, project milestones, risk management, and quality control
- Ensure projects are delivered to the highest international standards expected within the luxury hospitality sector
Requirements
- Minimum 18+ years’ experience within Architecture, Engineering Consultancy, or Project Management environments
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in the UAE market is essential
- Strong background delivering luxury Hospitality / Hotel projects
- Experience managing large scale developments from design through construction stages
- Strong client facing, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience working with international consultancies is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English

Position Overview
- We are currently working with an international multi disciplinary consultancy looking to appoint a Project Director to lead the delivery of a luxury hospitality development in Dubai.
- This is a senior leadership position requiring someone with a proven track record managing large scale, complex projects from design stages through to successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall project strategy, delivery, programme, and coordination of a high profile hospitality development
- Act as the key point of contact between the client, design teams, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Manage multidisciplinary teams across Architecture, Engineering, and specialist consultants
- Oversee design coordination, technical delivery, project milestones, risk management, and quality control
- Ensure projects are delivered to the highest international standards expected within the luxury hospitality sector

Compensation
- Salary: AED 60,000 65,000 per month
- Private Medical (including family cover)
- Annual Flight Ticket + Bonus
