Golden Line Team seeks a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator specialized in interior fit-out works. You will manage cost estimation, tender preparation, quantity take-off, procurement support, and final account settlement for fit-out projects.

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit out works including partitions, finishes, etc.
- Prepare tender documents including bills of quantities, schedules of rates, and scope definitions
- Review and compare bids, checking compliance, cost breakdowns, and program
- Perform quantity take off using Planswift software and compare with BOQ
- Monitor ongoing costs, compare against budget, and report variances
- Measure and value completed work on site for interim payments
- Prepare monthly invoices and evaluate subcontractor/supplier invoices
- Submit invoices to main contractor based on site progress
- Provide updated cash flow projections for client and contractors
- Regularly attend site to assess progress, verify quantities, and confirm compliance with specs
- Prepare final account and agree on final cost including all changes and claims
- Recommend alternatives for materials or construction methods to reduce cost or time
Requirements
- Strong experience in interior fit out projects such as gypsum partitions, ceilings, finishes, and related construction works
- Ability to coordinate between site teams, clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Proficiency in Planswift software for quantity take off

Job Overview
- We are seeking a qualified and detail oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) / Estimator specialized in Interior Fit Out Works.
- The ideal candidate will manage all commercial and contractual aspects of projects, including cost estimation, tender preparation, quantity take off, procurement support, subcontractor evaluation, progress claims, cost control, and final account settlement.
- Must have strong experience in interior fit out projects such as gypsum partitions, ceilings, finishes, and related construction works.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre Contract Duties: Prepare detailed cost estimates; assist in cost planning and feasibility; advise on procurement strategy.
- Tendering and Bid Evaluation: Prepare tender documents; evaluate bids; perform quantity take off using Planswift.
- Financial Control During Execution: Track costs; value completed work; prepare monthly invoices; evaluate subcontractor invoices; submit invoices to main contractor; provide cash flow forecasting.
- Site Coordination and Progress Monitoring: Attend site regularly; assess progress; verify quantities; evaluate program impact.
- Post Contract Duties: Prepare final account; provide cost reporting.
- Value Engineering: Recommend cost saving alternatives.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with interior designers, project managers, MEP consultants, and subcontractors.
