- Supervise and manage all ceiling and partition works on site
- Lead and control manpower productivity and daily targets
- Read and execute shop drawings accurately
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with site engineer and project manager
- Maintain high quality finishing standards
- Monitor materials usage and avoid wastage
- Ensure safety compliance on site
- Solve site problems and take quick decisions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience in ceiling and partition works
- Strong knowledge in gypsum ceilings, cement board ceilings (fire rated), drywall/gypsum partitions, bulkheads and special ceiling designs
- Ability to read drawings without assistance
- Experience handling a team of 20+ workers
- Good communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
