Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Foreman specialized in ceiling and partition works for interior fit-out projects across the UAE.
The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge in drawing reading and site experience in gypsum ceilings, cement board ceilings, drywall partitions, and finishing works, and the ability to manage manpower, productivity, and quality on site.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all ceiling and partition works on site
- Lead and control manpower productivity and daily targets
- Read and execute shop drawings accurately
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with site engineer and project manager
- Maintain high quality finishing standards
- Monitor materials usage and avoid wastage
- Ensure safety compliance on site
- Solve site problems and take quick decisions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 **years UAE experience** in ceiling and partition works
- Strong knowledge in:
- Gypsum ceilings
- Cement board ceilings (fire-rated)
- Drywall / gypsum partitions
- Bulkheads and special ceiling designs
- Ability to read drawings without assistance
- Experience handling a team of 20+ workers
- Good communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
