- Manage post contract commercial activities, including cost control, valuations, and payment certifications
- Review, assess, and track variations, change orders, and contractor claims
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and commercial updates to monitor project performance
- Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and commercial procedures
- Support the preparation, negotiation, and agreement of final accounts and project close out documentation
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, site teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective commercial management of projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of quantity surveying experience, with strong post contract experience on live construction projects
- UAE experience within developer, contractor, or consultancy environments
- Proven experience in real estate development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed use developments
- Strong understanding of cost management, valuations, variations, claims assessment, contract administration, and final accounts

Job Overview
