- Measure quantities from drawings and verify on site works for valuation support.
- Assist in preparing subcontractor payments and internal cost tracking sheets.
- Maintain logs of variations, drawings, RFIs, and site instructions.
- Support procurement documentation and quotation comparisons.
- Help prepare reports, meeting minutes, and commercial correspondence.
- Track material deliveries and site records relevant to commercial evaluation.
- Maintain cost databases and update records as needed under supervision.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required by management.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in quantity surveying or related discipline
- Entry level experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement
