Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and finalize accurate physical measurements based on site progress and drawings
- Review, evaluate, and certify monthly subcontractor payment applications against completed milestones
- Support the procurement team by performing detailed commercial comparisons for vendor bidding packages
- Identify, track, and evaluate variations, change orders, and contractual claims
- Maintain a granular project budget tracker and closely monitor the cost to complete forecast
- Prepare accurate monthly cost reports for internal management review
- Coordinate closely with the finance department to ensure proper cash flow and payment planning
Requirements
- 5–8 years of building construction Quantity Surveying (QS) experience in the UAE
- Direct experience working as a main contractor site QS on high rise building projects
- Exceptional BOQ measurement skills and strong understanding of methods
- Advanced knowledge of contract variations
- High proficiency in cost reporting and contract administration tools

Job Summary
