AtkinsRéalis is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors for newly awarded projects across sectors and locations in the UAE.
The role supports high-profile projects within a growing team.
Post-contract responsibilities
- Administer commercial contracts, including re-measurement and interim and final account payment application assessments.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and manage variations, contractor claims, provisional sums, prime costs, nominated subcontractors, insurances, and bonds.
- Attend design and commercial meetings.
About you
- Previous experience with FIDIC contracts is preferred.
- Degree in quantity surveying from a recognised university.
- At least five years of relevant post-degree experience in contracts and commercial management.
- Experience in high-rise office or residential projects and at least four years of consultant and/or client-side experience.
- Knowledge of CostX or similar quantity surveying software is required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good project background and proven English-language technical writing ability.
