Role Overview
Manage cost estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQs, tendering, contract administration, and project cost control for construction and real estate projects.
The role requires a Civil Engineering background, UAE construction experience, and valid Dubai Municipality G+4 approval.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, BOQs, tender documents, and cost plans for civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.
- Review drawings, specifications, and scopes to determine material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost advice, value engineering, and pre-contract budget estimates.
- Evaluate tenders, negotiate commercial terms, administer contracts, and manage variations, claims, payments, and final accounts.
- Measure completed works, monitor budgets and forecasts, maintain commercial records, and coordinate cost control across project teams.
- Support procurement, verify material compliance, and prepare close-out and commercial handover documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Valid Dubai Municipality-approved G+4 approval is mandatory.
- At least 3 years of relevant UAE building construction or real estate experience is required.
