Human Resources Administrator cum Front Desk

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and contract management under UAE Labour Law.
• Support recruitment through candidate screening and interview scheduling.
• Conduct research, maintain databases, prepare forms, and manage confidential files.
• Type and format correspondence, proposals, presentations, and standard reports.
• Maintain employee records covering personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Administer onboarding and offboarding paperwork, visas, and medical insurance.
• Maintain People process logs, track status, and coordinate with other departments.
• Respond to employee inquiries and concerns and coordinate employee benefits administration.
• Track leave requests, communicate leave balances and approvals, and generate People reports.
• Assist with People policies, legal requirements, data protection, and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least one year of HR administration experience, including visa processing, medical insurance, employee mobilization, and onboarding.
• Ability to interpret instructions and correspondence, write routine reports, and respond professionally to inquiries.
