Freesia Electromechanical Works Contracting is hiring an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor for its MEP team in the UAE.
Education and experience
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or quantity surveying is required.
- Seven to eight years of experience in MEP quantity surveying is required.
- UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
Quantity surveying duties
- Handle BOQs, quantity take-offs, valuations, variations, and cost control.
- Prepare and review interim payment applications, subcontractor payments, and final accounts.
- Manage contract administration, claims, and variation management.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, and project contracts.
Technical skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD is required.
Workplace
