Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join its team in the UAE.
Key Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is required.
- The role requires 15–20 or more years of experience in MEP project management.
- Strong experience with HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems is required.
- Strong knowledge of UAE authority requirements, contracts, and MEP standards is required.
- UAE or GCC experience in high-rise or building projects is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall MEP project execution, planning, cost, quality, and programme.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
