Role Overview
Lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations across projects in the UAE.
The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a record of delivering large-scale MEP projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and overall management of MEP operations.
- Oversee project execution from design coordination through handover.
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and cost control across all MEP projects.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Drive business development and support tendering and bidding processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 15 or more years of experience in MEP contracting, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction market, codes, and regulations.
- Experience managing large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure MEP projects.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.
- UAE experience is mandatory.
