- Act as the Centre of Excellence providing expert support to project delivery teams in quantity surveying
- Ensure quantity surveying services adhere to established standards and international best practices
- Serve as key escalation point for complex technical quantity surveying issues
- Provide functional oversight and guidance to in house Quantity Surveyors
- Review and approve cost submissions from Project Management Consultants
- Assess and approve costing for value engineering proposals
- Provide technical approval on contract variations related to measurement and cost
- Approve interim payment certificates

- Expert knowledge in quantity surveying, measurement, and pricing
- Experience in providing functional oversight to quantity surveyors
- Ability to review and approve cost submissions and variations

Job Overview
- Act as the Centre of Excellence providing expert support to project delivery teams in all aspects of quantity surveying, including measurement and pricing.
- Ensure that quantity surveying services adhere to established standards and align with international industry best practices.
- Serve as the key escalation point for complex technical quantity surveying issues.
- Provide functional oversight and guidance to in house Quantity Surveyors, particularly those specializing in Furniture and Equipment (F&E).
- Review and approve cost submissions from Project Management Consultants (PMC) and outsourced consultants.
- Assess and approve costing for value engineering proposals to optimize project costs.
- Provide technical approval on contract variations related to measurement and cost in coordination with Administration & Procurement (A&P) teams.
- Approve interim payment certificates, ensuring compliance and coordination with A&P.
