- Good knowledge of standard forms of contracts (e.g., FIDIC)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Proficient in English

Role Purpose
- Support the commercial and contractual management of construction projects through accurate quantity take offs, and valuation of works.
- Assist in the preparation of take off quantities and maintaining proper cost documentation in coordination with other site and commercial teams.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
