- We are working with a global investment fund based in Abu Dhabi, who are looking to add high-calibre talent to its Quantitative Research team.
- What the job involves
- The main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Developing end-to-end quantitative tools and applications
- Monitoring the strategy team's data requirements
- Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate applications in production environments
- Data analysis and research, including conducting hypothesis testing and exploratory data analysis
- Development and refinement of risk models and performance attribution frameworks
- Production of research reports, model specifications, and presentation decks
- Support AI-driven initiatives within the team
- Who we are looking for
- Professional experience with object oriented programming and software development
- Experience working with SQL and relational databases
- Experience across building BI dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Experience applying AI and machine learning techniques to datasets is preferred
- Bachelor's degree, a Master's or PhD is a plus
