- Develop project quality training plans
- Deliver quality awareness and induction programs
- Coordinate competency development activities
- Support implementation of the Project Quality Management System
- Promote compliance with ISO 9001 and project quality procedures
- Assist in quality improvement initiatives
- Identify training needs
- Monitor staff competency
- Maintain training matrices and competency records
- Develop training materials and presentations
- Maintain training records and attendance logs
- Prepare training effectiveness reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, Education, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years in quality management, quality training, or learning and development
- Experience supporting major infrastructure or construction projects
- Knowledge of quality management systems
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification
- Training certification (Train the Trainer or equivalent)
- Experience on airport or major infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of FIDIC project environments
- Experience implementing continuous improvement programs
