Support consistent quality, service, food safety, and training standards across Al Khayma Restaurant.
Work hands-on with restaurant teams to check standards, identify gaps, conduct training, and follow up on improvements.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality and operational checks across the restaurant.
- Monitor service, food quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
- Identify gaps and follow up on corrective actions.
- Deliver onboarding and refresher training for restaurant staff.
- Support implementation of SOPs and training standards.
- Conduct staff assessments and provide feedback.
- Monitor guest feedback and recurring service issues.
- Work with Restaurant Managers and Chefs to maintain standards.
- Prepare quality and training reports and highlight improvement areas.
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in quality, training, operations, or a similar role within restaurants, F&B, or hospitality.
- Practical understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
- Experience in staff training and coaching.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and SOPs.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on, organized, and comfortable working directly with restaurant teams.
- Hospitality or culinary background is an advantage.
