Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase bookings, leads, and revenue.
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, conversion rates, and return on investment.
- Identify customer acquisition opportunities and growth channels.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to improve conversion and revenue.
- Conduct market and competitor research within the travel and tourism sector.
- Develop and test campaigns, offers, landing pages, and customer journeys.
- Track key performance indicators and prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Use data to identify effective activities, underperforming activities, and areas requiring investment.
- Test new ideas, channels, and approaches to improve growth.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related industry.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, or similar platforms is an advantage.
