Responsibilities
- Implement QFS Policy and conduct product inspections
- Monitor adherence to food safety, GMPs, and hygiene requirements
- Note deviations and communicate to stakeholders, including hold and release of nonconforming product
- Verify and validate corrective actions
- Support QFS training program and provide coaching to plant team
- Conduct sanitation verification and bio trace
- Support QFS MS development and continuous improvements
- Ensure calibrations of QFS control equipment
Requirements
- Diploma in chemistry, quality control, or food safety (natural sciences)
- Fresh graduates accepted
- Excellent command of Arabic and English
- Computer literacy
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Problem solving and analytical thinking

Job Overview
- Support the implementation of the QFS Management System (MS) in the plant.
- Conduct inspections on product quality versus specifications.
- Monitor adherence to food safety, GMPs and hygiene requirements.
- Note deviations and ensure proper course of action.
- Verify and validate undertaken actions.
- Support QFS training program.
- Conduct sanitation verification and bio trace.
- Provide QFS advice/guidance/coaching to plant team.
- Support QFS MS development and continuous improvements.
- Ensure calibrations of all QFS control equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification is Diploma in chemistry, quality control or food safety (natural sciences) and fresh graduates.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages and literacy in computer usage.
- Self starter able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and presenting skills.
- Problem solving and strong analytical thinking.
