About the Role

- Implement QFS Policy and conduct product inspections against specifications
- Monitor adherence to food safety, GMPs, and hygiene requirements
- Conduct behavioral safety observations as assigned
- Note deviations and communicate to stakeholders; ensure corrective actions including hold and release of nonconforming product
- Verify and validate effectiveness of corrective actions
- Support QFS training program as assigned
- Conduct sanitation verification and bio trace per procedure
- Provide QFS advice/guidance/coaching to plant team
- Support QFS MS development and continuous improvements
- Ensure calibrations of QFS control equipment
Requirements
- Diploma in chemistry, quality control, or food safety (natural sciences)
- Fresh graduates accepted
- Excellent command of Arabic and English
- Computer literacy
- Self starter able to work independently
- Excellent communication and presenting skills
- Problem solving and strong analytical thinking

Responsibilities
- Put the QFS Policy into implementation and assume all responsibilities assigned in the QFS MS.
- Conduct inspections on product quality versus specifications as per inspection sheet and prepare reports.
- Monitor adherence to food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and hygiene requirements.
- Conduct behavioral safety observations as assigned by plant QFS Manager.
- Note any deviations and communicate to stakeholders; ensure proper course of action including hold and release of nonconforming product.
- Verify and validate undertaken actions to ensure effectiveness.
- Support the QFS training program as assigned.
- Conduct Sanitation verification and Bio trace as per sanitation procedure requirements.
- Provide QFS advice/guidance/coaching to the plant team.
- Support QFS MS development and continuous improvements.
- Ensure calibrations of all QFS control equipment.
- Any other actions or responsibilities assigned by direct manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Diploma in chemistry, quality control or food safety (natural sciences) and fresh graduates.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages and literacy in computer usage.
- Self starter able to work independently with high degree of business savvy.
- Excellent communication and presenting skills; ability to engage and influence others.
- Problem solving and strong analytical thinking (root cause analysis, setting action plans).
