About the Role
PepsiCo is seeking a Quality Technician in Riyadh to support the implementation of the QFS Management System. The role involves conducting inspections, monitoring food safety, and ensuring product compliance.

Responsibilities
- Put the QFS Policy into implementation and assume all responsibilities assigned in the QFS MS
- Conduct inspections on the products quality versus specifications as per the inspection sheet and prepare related reports
- Monitor the adherence to food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and hygiene requirements
- Conduct behavioral safety observations as assigned by plant QFS Manager
- Note any deviations and communicate to the stakeholders and ensure proper course of action is immediately taking place including hold and release of any nonconforming product
- Verify and validate undertaken actions to ensure their effectiveness in delivering required improvements
- Support the QFS training program as assigned by the plant QFS Manager
- Conduct Sanitation verification and Bio trace as per sanitation procedure requirements
- Provide QFS advice/guidance/coaching to the plant team and identify common competency gaps
- Support the QFS MS development and continuous improvements through active participation
- Ensuring calibrations of all QFS control equipment
Requirements
- Minimum qualification is Diploma in chemistry, quality control or food safety (natural sciences)
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages
- Literacy in computer usage
- Self starter able to work independently
- Excellent communication and presenting skills
- Problem solving and strong analytical thinking

Responsibilities

- Recognize and embrace positive behaviours and practices.
- Ensuring calibrations of all QFS control equipment (metal detectors, primary and secondary weighers and check weighers, seal checkers, balances…etc.).
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification is Diploma in chemistry, quality control or food safety (natural sciences) and fresh graduates.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages and literacy in computer usage.
- Self starter able to work independently with a high degree of business savvy.
- Excellent communication and presenting skills and the ability to engage with and influence the behaviors of others internally and externally without direct reporting relationship.
- Problem solving and strong analytical thinking (root cause analysis, setting action plans…etc.).
