Your Experience (Minimum Qualifications)

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems
• Experience leading, managing, and preparing AS 9100/ISO 9001 internal and external audits
• Expertise creating inspection reports including AS 9102 1 st article reports
• High Proficiency using all types of precision measuring equipment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide appropriate documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility as required by applicable law.
• Must qualify as a “U.S.” Persons as defined in 22 CFR § 120.62 under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) in order to comply with applicable export control laws and regulations.
• Must be able to successfully complete a drug screening in accordance with the Company’s drug testing policy and applicable law.
• Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check in accordance with the Company’s screening policy and applicable law.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• This role operates within a manufacturing environment where exposure to loud noise, chemicals, moving machinery, and other occupational hazards may occur. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and protective footwear, is provided by the Company and must be worn as required.
• The position may require standing or walking for extended periods, occasional lifting (up to 25–50 pounds), and the ability to inspect products and equipment at close range.
• Use of computers and standard laboratory or testing equipment is required. The role may also involve entering production areas where temperature variations, airborne particulates, and moderate noise levels are present.
