• Must have the knowledge and experience necessary for the position.
• Must be able tooperatethe various machines within the department with minimal instruction.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Mustbe capable of reading and understanding drawings,blueprintsand specifications.
• Mustbe able to inspect the parts they are machining.
• Ability to measure with vernier caliper,micrometersand height gauges.
• Must be able to follow instructions and procedures and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication,both written andoraland problem-solving skills.
• Must be adaptable to a changing work environment and competing demands.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Must be flexibleregardingworking hours and overtime. Must be able to work overtimein the eveningsand weekends, with or without advanced notice.
• Must be able tooperatein a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 4 -5yearsrelated experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience inan AS9100 environment.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to speak and understand basic safety and manufacturing instructions.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers.

Ability to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Authorization to work in the United States.

To conform to U.S. export control regulations, you should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S.

Government.
